I was working in the Insurance Industry for many years prior to getting into roofing. I noticed that the Insurance Companies have their Adjusters’ and Lawyers’ working on the Insurance behalf regarding claims, however who does the home owner have? No One! My mother of 80 years of age had a roof that had been neglected for some time. Unbeknownst to her after calling the insurance, the insurance sent her a letter she never got informing her they would no longer cover her roof. As an field adjuster of the insurance industry I have gathered many years of working experience determining roof and property damage. After inspecting the roof, I informed my mother not to worry we would find her a new insurance carrier which we did. As 2014 rolled around with a strong wind and hail storm going through Dallas, Tx. I inspected her roof again, and found limbs from a tree that had fallen onto the roof punching four

holes. I was instrumental in getting the roof on her house approved for over $25,000, leaving her adequate funds to repair the rest of the house.
