My name I Steve Gorey, and I Contacted Mario through Angie's List and he came the next day to give us an estimate for the job. We decided to go with A & M Construction and Roofing. The crew arrived on time and work began. The job turned out to be more involved than we originally thought. Mario and his crew did a wonderful job at a reasonable price. Mario took and shared many pictures of the damage both before and after the work was done. In addition to the contracted roof repair, he removed an over hanging limb and fixed the damaged turbine at no extra charge. He also did a complete inspection. Mario Armendarez and his team at A&M Construction & Roofing have been wonderful to work with and they did an excellent job on my roof, so much so that I called them when my mother needed assistance with a carport demo and roof repair. In both cases, they offered a free inspection and took pictures so they could show my mother and I the damaged areas that they proposed fixing. A&M Construction & Roofing also took pictures during and after the work so that I could see their work. When they found additional hail and water damage on my roof, they approved it with me before adding any additional work or costs. Even with a few added repairs, my roofs damage was not more than my insurance deductible and not enough to file a claim against my insurance, potentially risking higher rates or being dropped since my roof is almost ten years old. On my mother’s roof where there was an extensive amount of damage, Mario, the owner of A&M Construction & Roofing, took care of contacting the insurance company on my mothers behalf, and helped my mother set up and understand the insurance inspection process, and meeting the adjuster at the house to insure the full scope of the claim was accounted for. My mother’s roof was completely approved by the insurance minus her small deductible. In both cases, the A&M Construction team was courteous, professional and did a great job. After 28 years a hailstorm in June of this year caused our roof to leak, leading us to the inevitability of repairing or replacement. Luckily, and thanks to Angi's, we reached an agreement with Mario Armendarez, owner of A&M Contruction and roofing.

Mario is honest and communicated from start to finish everything that was occurring. Where Mario really came through was his navigation of the insurance stipulations, and it resulted in our recovering 83% of our roof replacement cost. AND, despite already have been paid in full Mario is still submitting additional info and photos in the hopes of recovering even more for us.

The quality of the finished product is great. Noise and inconvenience were kept to a bare minimum, and work was done within 2 days. Another real bonus was the cleanup afterwards. You wouldn't know that any work had occurred on the property and most importantly, all old roofing nails were searched for and removed.
